In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. All data we collect electronically is securely backed up and hosted within the UK.

We do not collect any personal information about you when you visit our website however we do use cookies to collect information on how visitors use our website. Our cookie policy can be viewed (link required)

We have Google Analytics on our website but are not currently using the data collected to monitor visitor activity or to make changes to the website to improve functionality.

Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on your devices.

The information generated relating to the IVPC website can be used to create reports about the use of our website. Details captured during your visit could include, but are not limited to, the pages you visit, how long you spend on each page, how you got to the site e.g. via a search engine, and what you click on while you’re visiting the site.
